Royal Brisbane Hospital
Client: Delta/Abigroup
Duration: 7 months
Works Description: Removal of hazardous waste materials from the 16 level building under full asbestos conditions. 1700 tonnes of asbestos, which was placed in 10,200 lined 44 gallon drums for disposal. At the peak of the contract ATS had 85 employees on site. Removal works were continuously progressed on multiple levels at any given time. To allow access to the site for other contractors and for civilian traffic to access neighbouring buildings, various floors had to be completed in several stages.
Hilton Hotel

Duration: 12 months
Works Description: Friable and Bonded asbestos removal from the entire 45 level building. Passive demolition throughout building.
Prince Henry at Little Bay (retained building remediation)
Client: Landcom C/O Cadence Australia
Duration: 14 months
Works Description: Removal of Friable and Bonded asbestos from the buildings including that contained within the sub floor and ceiling cavity. Replacement of roof cladding, wall cladding, eaves cladding etc to the buildings to heritage specifications. Removal of Friable asbestos lagged pipes from beneath the roadway.
